I was notified tonite that Clifford Culver of 358/E passed away on Nov. 21, 2012.

Clifford was a member in the first group of replacements for Co. E on June 17, 1944 near the villages of Amfreville and Gourbesville in Normandy. He served continuously on the frontlines from June 17th until late January, 1945 with Co. E, when he was transferred to 358 HQ Co. 2nd Bn.

His daughter, Jill Peak and Clifford attended several 90th Div. Reunions over the past 10 years and it was always great to see them.

Clifford was a kind, proud, and humble veteran of the 90th. I'll miss him.
